Williamstown Store to Merge with Pittsfield Location
Dear Valued Customer,
For the past 5+ years, we have enjoyed having a second location here in beautiful downtown Williamstown. Over this period we have served many clients and made many new friends. With changing times, we have decided to merge our operations in Williamstown with our headquarters in Pittsfield.
Last year we moved our headquarters in Pittsfield from downtown to the Allendale Shopping center. The opportunity to develop and occupy a much larger space was necessary to accommodate our growing Business to Business(B2B) services. By merging both locations into one we will be able to manage our operations more efficiently as well as our customer's expectations.
This was a very difficult decision to make. We are very proud of the work we have done in North County. We have built some excellent relationships here and intend on continuing to serve the community at large. Mad Macs will continue to dispatch our technicians throughout Berkshire County and the surrounding areas by request.
Once again we want to thank you for the 5 wonderful years we had in Williamstown and we look forward to seeing you in our new store located at 5 Cheshire Road, Ste. 7, Pittsfield, MA.
